I have to admit, I'm not a very good cook. I do like to cook....but I'm just not very good at it. And these days, anything I cook needs to be quick and easy!
Here's one of my favourite summer recipes, Zucchini Slice. It's from the Womens Weekly Best Ever Recipes Cook Book.
