We had a great family break at Coffs Harbour on the mid NSW coast. I thought the weather would have been a bit warmer...but we didn't have rain...so it was all good!
Here's a picture collage of what we got up to while we were away.
Emma got to swim with the Dolphins at the Pet Porpoise Pool...which she absolutely loved. She was the youngest in the group, but managed to ask all the right questions. She's such an inquisitive little girl.
We spent a lot of time outdoors which was nice. Lots of walks, and we climbed Mutton Bird Island which is attached to the boardwalk down by the harbour. Gorgeous views from the top. The ranger said they had even spotted whales that morning...but unfortunately we didn't get to see any.
We went to the Big Banana (which is really tacky)...but it brought back lots of childhood memories for me. We always used to stop there for a Chocolate-coated banana on our trips to Queensland when I was young. They still sell them....but we settled on sharing a Banana Smoothie instead.
Emma and Aidan had a swim in the pool at the apartments...but it wasn't warm enough for me. We only managed a trip to the beach on 2 ocassions...and both times it was too cold to swim. Pity - cause I really thought the weather would have been nicer.
It was a great break...and just what we needed to re-charge the batteries.

I love seeing all these pics of you and your family..you guys look like you had a fabbo time you look so happy with Emma in that pic too... It havn't popped in for a while, and it was such a nice surprise to see all these happy faces!!
